Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Echofy handles deposits, cancellations, and refunds for environmental service engagements.

Quotes & Deposits

Project quotes are estimates based on the scope you provide. Work begins after written acceptance and any required deposit.

Deposits reserve crew capacity and cover mobilization planning. Deposit terms are stated on each quote.

Cancellations

You may cancel a project before mobilization for a full refund of unused prepaid fees, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred with your approval.

Cancellations after field work has started are billed for completed work plus reasonable demobilization costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Subscription or portal fees, if applicable, renew monthly and may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your invoice number, project name, and reason for the request.

Our team will confirm eligibility under this policy and your statement of work within five business days.
